For this exhibition I can say that exhibiting ceramics in an art gallery has always been for me a veiled desecration in the realm of the possible. Indeed, ceramics is bound by its tradition to semantic gravitation in the privileged hand-ground dynamics. However, I believe I am not alarming anyone if, through meanings traceable to the history of this art, I have sought a different extension of it, and I can also reassure those who might see an exploration of it in the interstices of sculpture and painting in that this was not my intention. While still remaining faithful to the strategy of the gaze and to the thinking-doing praxis, I try to correct inattentions by stopping some specific signs of the language of the earth.
